As per state law, “Voter registration before an election shall close on the twenty-first day before the election.”
The municipal election will be held on March 5, so registration for that election closes on Tuesday, February 12. Please note that it is the Randolph County Clerk who handles voter registration. That office is located in the Randolph County Courthouse; their phone number is (304) 636-0543.
If you are already registered to vote for county and state elections, there is no need to make a special registration for city elections.
